Our student, Don, from the United States of America, who stayed for two months at our school in Thessaloniki, proved to be an author and a poet. During our last meeting at the school of Thessaloniki he talked to us about his last poetic collection “Gratitude”, which is dedicated to his wife, Mary Lou and their life together. Don, when asked, accepted to read us some of his poems in the classroom and created a very nice atmosphere.
