Accommodation & Transportation

Airport transportation to and from the city center (arrival & departure) 

Students who are interested in this possibility with extra charge should notify the School on time about their flight number and the exact time of their arrival or departure.

Options with extra charge

Notes:

1. The student may choose only one way transportation (arrival or departure). In that case the fees are the half of the prices below.
2. We are also flexible in arranging a transportation from the airport in any out of the center area (e.g. suburbs of Athens). The further charge can be paid directly at school. 

PAYMENT POLICY

This policy applies for all of our lessons and for all of our schools (Athens, Chania & Thessaloniki).

• 50% accommodation payment -> 4 days after receiving the booking confirmation
• 0% transportation payment -> 4 days after receiving the booking confirmation
• 50% accommodation payment -> 10 days before the student’s arrival
• 100% transportation payment -> 10 days before the student’s arrival

ACCOMMODATION & TRANSPORTATION CANCELATION POLICY

This policy applies for all of our lessons and for all of our schools (Athens, Chania & Thessaloniki).

If a student wants to cancel a course, one must do so in writing. One may cancel on the following conditions, with a notice before the course begins:                     

• The first 50% accommodation payment -> non refundable
• The second 50% accommodation payment -> refundable only for a cancellation at least 10 days before the student’s arrival
• Transportation fees are not refundable
