CINI PU STO KOSMO MILUNE GREKO
This is the title in the Greek dialect of Apulia, Italy, of a book about Greek dialects in Italy, Georgia, Ukraine- Russia and Bulgaria. The dialects are spoken by a small number of people but are very important from a linguistic perspective.
The meaning of the title easily understandable by any Greek, is THOSE WHO SPEAK GREEK. The book was presented by the Organization for the Promotion of Greek Language (ODEG) at the amphitheater of the Athens Cultural Center on September 28.
Our director who is the president of ODEG greeted the authors of the book and the audience and he made a reference on our School’s contribution in the preservation of GRIKO.
