This October we had organised a lot of cultural out of class activities:
Presentations: The Greek Words travel by our director.
Museums: We visited the The National Archaeological Museum and also the Ancient Agora
Film Presentations & Screenings: The very important and must see “To Rebetiko”, a movie full of Greek sounds and history. Also an antifasist story during the occupation of Greece “What have you done in the war Thanassis?”.
Dinner: Two wonderful dinners – Eat like a Greek – at Attalos restaurant in Thissio, introducing students to the Greek way of eating and drinking slowly. We were eating mainly vegetarian mezedes and discussing about everything.
Bonus activity: A special Greek music concert in our school (Bouzouki & Guitar) by Sotiris & George.
