Last Thursday we visited the Benaki Museum with our beginner students. The museum is at the center of Athens, at the side of the Parthenon and is well-known for its valuable collections with exhibits from prehistoric to modern times. It is housed in a mansion which belonged to the Benaki family. Our students have really enjoyed the visit and they had also the opportunity to have a coffee at the roof garden which offers a spectacular view towards Constitution Square and the Acropolis.
