During the last three months we use and learn a lot of Greek Words like epidemy ,epidemia, epidemie, epidemic, epidemisch and pandemy,pandemia, pandemie,pandemic, pandemisch and with small variations in all languages.
We should remind that “ Dimos- demos” means the city and the people living in the city while “ pan” is the prefix meaning the “all, for all”. The Greek preposition “epi” means on and also against.
And by the way the prefix “pre” in “prefix and preposition “ comes from the Greek preposition “pro” that means before, in front.
